5 Quick Hotel Tips From Grand Legacy At The Park

1. Book Direct!

You might have been previously  told to book direct rather than an online travel agency, but never understood the difference. Booking direct gives you access to more room selections; hotels don’t release all of their rooms to these outside sites so even though it might say sold out, a room could still be available on the hotels own website. We also offer specials like our AAA or Disney® Annual Passport discounts which are only accepted when booking direct. For more reasons on why you should book direct, check out this e-book.

2. Save Time By Purchasing Tickets At The Hotel

We have yet to meet anyone who actually enjoys waiting in long lines, but they do seem inevitable when visiting the Disneyland® Resort. To skip at least one line, buy your park tickets through Grand Legacy At The Park. Click here to buy tickets online, or buy at the hotel once you arrive. But, we don’t just sell Disneyland® Resort tickets! Buy the Southern California City Pass for tickets to experiences across all of Southern California. Or go to the Discount Tickets and Tours located at the front of our property for tickets to just about anything in Southern California!

3. Let Us Know About Special Occasions

We love when you guys make us part of your special occasions and want them to be as exciting as possible. Let us know if you are celebrating an event such as a birthday and we will try to incorporate an extra little surprise for the birthday guest. Also, if you are coming for an event like a conference or family reunion, tell us ahead of time and we can include a welcome message on the lobby TV.

4. Know That We Want You To Have The Best Experience

We work hard to make sure every guest experience is enjoyable at Grand Legacy At The Park, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there is ever a problem with your stay, make sure you notify a hotel employee immediately so we can fix it as soon as possible. We can’t find a solution if we aren’t notified until the end of your stay. That makes us feel bad, and leaves you with a bad impression of the hotel.

5. Ask Questions

If you have any questions before or during your stay, make sure to ask them! If you are unsure if you can fit your whole family into a certain room type, don’t hesitate to call our friendly Front Desk Agents and ask for their advice. We love to give recommendations for restaurants or events in the area so if you are looking for something new to try, just ask for our suggestions.
