My Day Counts

We are now partnering with a local non-profit, My Day Counts, which services adults with disabilities. My Day Counts mission is to ‘Make Life Better For People With Disabilities’. Starting February 2nd we will be accepting daily donations of $1 from guests at check in, and each quarter we will match the donations from our guests to go to the needs of My Day Counts. In partnership with My Day Counts we will also be supplying our very own Legacy Blend from My Cup Counts. Drinking our Legacy Blend coffee during your stay with us will help employ the adults at My Day Counts.

Dream Foundation

Dream Foundation, the only national dream-grating organization for terminally-ill adults, fulfills final Dreams that provide inspiration, comfort, and closure at the end of life. With the support of a nation wide network of volunteers, hospices, healthcare organizations, and committed donors, Dream Foundation has given life to nearly 25,000 final dreams over the past two decades and has never turned down a qualify request. World Vision

Grand Legacy At The Park currently sponsors ten children across the world through World Vision. It’s our goal to make a positive impact on the lives of others not only in Anaheim but in other places of need. Here are some of the Annual Progress Reports we have received. We love getting mail like this and knowing how our children are doing!

Plan USA

Mercy Corps

Grand Legacy At The Park make monthly donations to Mercy Corps, to help with the Nepal earthquakes and other global disasters. We hope our donations will relieve some of the pain that these people are having to face.

Illumination Foundation

We had a really special time at the Illumination Foundation’s OC Chefs Table on March 13th. Grand Legacy At The Park not only donated money to this cause, to help bring an end to homelessness, but also donated the Grand Prize at the event, which was auctioned off. Included in the Grand Prize was:

• – A one night accommodation for two in a brand new luxury suite at Grand Legacy At The Park
• – A private tasting with some of our mouth watering dishes and desserts expertly paired with delectable wines from Rabble Vineyards for you and four friends (6 people total)
• – Six (6) tickets to a live performance at The FIFTH, our open-air rooftop bar & lounge (coming soon), plus a one of a kind view of the spectacular Disneyland Fireworks.

We feel strongly about helping those in need of a home in our local community and we are honored to have been a part of such a special event!

Key Incentive Donation

When guests do not return their key, we charge $1. During the month, employees anonymously nominate someone for outstanding achievement in specific areas. Out of that pool of employees, a name is drawn, and the winner gets to choose a charity or organization that they would like the money to be donated to.

For the month of April our amazing employee, Nina, won and chose to donate the money to City of Hope. City of Hope is a world leader in both the research and treatment of many serious diseases including diabetes and cancer. Compassion is at the core of their role in patient care, basic and clinical research, and the translation of science into tangible benefit is widely acknowledged. Their mission is to transform the future of health care by turning science into a practical benefit, hope into reality.

Nina always has a smile on her face, and loves welcoming guests into our hotel. We are thankful to have humble and kind employees like Nina working with us. Thank you Nina for being a great employee and role model at Grand Legacy At The Park and for donating to a wonderful cause. We are proud to support City of Hope!
