This year, 2015, we have experienced such a beautiful fall. The weather is perfect to hang out with friends at Grand Legacy At The Park’s pool, or better yet, go to Disneyland. While you’re driving down the highway, roll down the windows and catch the cool breeze. If you are driving in from Las Vegas and you have the chance to see the sunset, pull over and grab your phone to take a couple photos of the sun setting in between the mountains. The weather is just so perfect this season, not too hot and not too cold.
As some of the Grand Legacy At The Park employees commute to work, they get to see the true beauty of California. At times they run into fog, which can be difficult to drive in, but they think of it as driving through fluffy clouds. Once our employees jump in their cars and start their commute back home, they all get an alluring view of the California sunset. Wow, aren’t the sherbet sunsets in California breathtaking? As they drive in and around the mountains, they get to experience the sun poking out through each palm tree, mountain, and building.
Sunsets are earlier and earlier in the fall. Some of the employees don’t get to see the sunset on their way home from work in November because of the daylight savings time. By 5:45 p.m. it’s pitch black outside, but they are thankful that it gets darker earlier, because now they are able to see all of the holiday lights at Disneyland earlier. Daylight saving time is perfect for the parents who have little children that can’t stay up too late, or even for the parents who are ready to hit the sack early. You can enjoy Disneyland during the day and night and be home by 7p.m. and enjoy our heated pool and/or hot tub.
In just a couple months, we will have our rooftop lounge open, where you will be able to grab a blanket, get cozy and watch the fireworks from Disneyland each night. Cool nights on the rooftop will go well with light food, great drinks, and fire pits scattered around.
When you take a road trip out to see us, send us your photos. From the desert, to the mountains, to Disneyland…we love seeing everyone enjoying their vacation. Be thankful for the scenery around you, because before you know it, it will be summer again.
