Reading through the entries took us down memory lane as Ramada Maingate At The Park, it was a perfect way to say goodbye and hello to Grand Legacy At The Park. Your hotel is very special to our family. We stay with you guys all the time. I wanted to share one of the most memorable times you made for us. Many of the ladies at the front desk put in 150% to make my daughter Taylor’s SWEET 16 very special! I have attached a little video they put together from that special day. Words can’t express the effort everyone put in for our daughter. It really put tears in my eye the day we arrived and she opened the door to our room and WOW….. The room was decorated and balloons and gifts. She felt so special…. She WAS the princess for that weekend and you all really brought that to life! There are so many memories that I can talk about when it comes to our stays at the Ramada Maingate but one memory that will always stand out was from our Thanksgiving 2014 trip. My husband had just been laid off from his job of 10 years and we knew this would be the last trip we could take for a while so we wanted to make it magical…and with your help it truly was. The year before we had started the Elf of the Shelf tradition and we knew our 6yr old at the time would be so disappointed if Ella the Elf didn’t show on Thanksgiving evening. I contacted you guys and you guys said you would be happy to set it up for us after we checked in while we were at the park. It was so amazing to walk into our room on Thanksgiving Day after dinner to see Ella hanging around with little goodies but also to see that you guys set up our 1yr old’s pack and play with her blankets & toys! Both My girls were so excited. The staff had mentioned they had never experienced the Elf on the Shelf but they would look it up, we giggled and didn’t think anything of it. To our surprise EVERYDAY we were there the Elf was in a different place around the room and there were even little gifts like pencils & candy. My 6 yr old said “There’s Not Just Disney Magic… There’s Ramada Hotel Magic” Thank you for all the memories through the years and all the amazing experiences. We truly hope that the Grand Legacy will be just as amazing or better than the Ramada. You guys definitely Rock!

I’ve stayed at the RMG many, many times because the staff is beyond excellent and the rooms are always nice. However, the most memorable thing for me was staying at the RMG during Christmas, with my now husband, for his first Disneyland experience. It was our very first big trip together and we both agree that’s when we knew we fell in love. A few years later we stayed here again during Christmas where my sentimental husband proposed to me. After our wedding we (you guessed it) booked a stay at the RMG and spent our honeymoon relaxing at the happiest place on earth! Ramada has been a big part of our milestones. We look forward to making more future memories with the Grand Legacy (maybe with some little ones)!!!
