International Housekeeping Week (September 13 – September 19,2015) was a blast! Grand Legacy At The Park is so appreciative for all of the work that goes into our hotel, especially what the housekeepers do on a daily basis! Sometimes the housekeeping staff is never really recognized for all of the work that they do, and this past week we showed them that everyone at the hotel is truly thankful for their hard work. These are the fun things we did at the hotel to celebrate International Housekeeping Week!
Sunday – I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream For ICE CREAM! Ice cream sundaes were given to all of our housekeepers to cool them off. They got a choice between vanilla, strawberry, banana slices, Hershey’s chocolate syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles, and nut topping.
Monday- Little Caesars Pizza and refreshments were provided to give them a free relaxing lunch by our pool.

Tuesday- Staff went into teams to play a classic game, scavenger hunt.

Wednesday- Management took on a percentage of the housekeeping duties to give the housekeeping staff a break. Below, our Assistant General Manager, Carlos and the General Manager, Marshall help out with the housekeeping duties.

Thursday- Olympic Game Day was a fun filled event that even the guest’s that were there got to watch. They had to do complete tasks such as folding the towels properly and in a fashionably order.

Friday- All of our housekeepers got to eat some yummy sweet bread and coffee. Who doesn’t love this delicious snack?

Saturday- Each housekeeping staff member received a candy bag as a THANK YOU! We are so appreciative of them and everything that they do!
