July 4th is this Saturday and we are excited for all of the festivities happening in Orange County, California to celebrate our Nation’s 239th birthday! There are going to be many events that you can attend with music, entertainment, and of course, fireworks! If you still do not have plans for this weekend, we are giving you a list of the TOP FIVE places to see FIREWORKS in Orange County so you can celebrate the Fourth of July with a BANG!
1. Fullerton- The 25th Annual Community Fireworks Show and Festival is a FREE event will be taking place at the Fullerton High School Stadium with vendors, food booths, live music and of course, its popular firework show. Come and enjoy the festivities from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
2. Newport Beach– Newport Beach continues to be a Fourth of July favorite, offering a wide variety of options including the Old Glory Boat Parade, Mariner’s 43rd Annual Independence Day Parade, live music performances at Newport Dunes, a community festival and bike parade at Newport Peninsula, and a fireworks extravaganza! Start the day early at the beach and stay entertained throughout the night.
3. Laguna Hills– Celebrate America’s birthday at the Annual Fourth of July Celebration at the Laguna Hills Community Center and Sports Complex. With face painting, carnival rides, crafts and live music, this is sure to keep your family entertained and concludes with an amazing firework show. Join the fun from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
4. Huntington Beach– The well known 111th Annual Fourth of July Celebration event goes all out in celebrations with a variety of activities day and night. This 3 day festival along the beach and Huntington Beach pier will have a variety of food and vendors, a 5K run, parade, celebrity guests, and live entertainment. This event lasts all weekend and is sure to give everyone in the family something to do. The firework show is phenomenal, and you can view it from right on the beach at 9 p.m.
5. Disneyland– This list wouldn’t be complete without the Happiest Place on Earth. It’s firework show spectacle dazzles visitors every night, and this Fourth of July will be no exception. Disneyland is a great way to spend almost any holiday and with the 60th anniversary Diamond Celebration going on, it just adds to the magic of the park. Throw in all of the special Military performances that will be going on this weekend and you have a combination that is hard to beat.
